Chocolate Icing Puff

This tiny eclairs feels more powerful because given the content of the dough is crispy sweet icing. Brown layer of flavor that will shake the sticky tongue. Feel the thrill-krenyes krenyes of fun!



Choux Puff:
500 ml of water
225 g unsalted butter
300 g flour
10 g of salt
9 eggs

Icing Filling Flavors:
500 g sugar
250 g egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp esesns 

Layers:
500 g chocolate
Brown coloring to taste

How to make:
  • Choux puff: Heat water and butter to boil, add salt and flour. Stir until blended and smooth.
  • Move into a mixing bowl, stir gently, and add the eggs one at a time until mixed evenly.
  • Place the dough in the baking spray bag. Spray with a round shape and bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
  • For the filling:
  • Enter the egg whites and sugar into a mixing bowl, beat in the warm water for a moment, and move into the mixer to stir again at medium speed until thickened.
  • Add flavor (flavor) to taste.

Completion:
  • Make a hole into the sus and remove the contents. Enter the icing flavors, and save it to dry.
  • Sus is already filled with the flavor icing, spread with melted chocolate.
  • Allow to harden.
